Refund and Return Policy - Paperback, Ebook, Audiobook
- Paperback refund is possible if it is not yet posted, or if we find that your delivery address is out of our delivery area. We will inform you if it happens.
- Normally, we ship the books within 7 days of payment, but it can take up to 4 weeks as we may not always closely monitor our email. If you need the book urgently, you can buy our books from Internet bookstores such as the Nile, Book Depository, Amazon or others.
- If you do not receive the paperback after posting, please inform us and we will resend it to you.
- Please understand our books are written to help people. We are not making a lot of money.
- Books sold in this website was print before it received a book award. Therefore, the book award seal was not print on the front cover. Book sold through other websites (such as the Nile, Bookdepository or Amazon) should have book award seal printed on the front cover.
- If you cannot download the ebook, you must inform us in the same day of purchase. We will get back to you as soon as possible but it can take up to 4 weeks, because we may not always monitor our email.
